*Most stains are treated by applying a poultice mixture that needs to remain on the stone for approximately 24 hours. Some stains will not be removable. This all depends on the type of stain and how long the stain has been in the stone.
*Some natural stone will appear to be scratched but is actually fractured throughout. The surface of the scratch can be removed but the fracture may remain.
